This branch is amazing. The branch manager go over and beyond to make sure that his customers are happy I’ve been coming to enterprise almost a year now never had a bad experience absolutely love this location and their team. They are really good with accommodating. I can’t speak for everyone else, but I know for fact that they care about everyone’s needs. This place is the reason why I’m still in business thank you all

I reserved a Luxury car in advance just to waste time and money. I paid $27 in an Uber just to get to the location and be told they didn’t have a car for me. My pick up time was scheduled for 5:30. I arrived at 5:05 and they had no cars available except for a RAV4 that wasn’t even repaired. Very disappointed And it was very rude to not call me and let me know that they will not be able to give me a car I could’ve went to another location. I’ve rented multiple times from this location and will not be coming back.

Enterprise on Union Ave. I had reserved a vehicle 2 weeks before the date of pickup. On the day of pickup, I got there early, around 9:15am and was told that there were no vehicles for me to rent; all of the vehicles were rented by other people. Why is there a reservation system if they are not going to use it?!?! A representative told me to "go to the airport location" to rent a vehicle. If I wanted to make my reservation there, I could have but why was a vehicle not available to me at the location that I chose?! I've learned my lesson because that was the second time that I've had to leave without getting a reserved vehicle.

The Enterprise website is useless. Three times we've attempted to rent a Luxury car. All three times we didn't get what we reserved and they had no explanation...other than "we seldom get any luxury cars". This time instead of an Audi we ended up in a Jeep that had damage to the driver door where someone tried to break into the car...is this really the Enterprise image!!!! 100 miles away the change oil light came on. Then everytime we cranked the car we got the waring again. On the return trip 287 miles away from home a message appeared that the 4WD needed servicing. Afraid of being stranded on the roadside we called roadside assistance and were told to go to the nearest location for another car. Fort Smith had plenty of cars but wouldn't give us one as they were reserved for the 6PM and 12AM flights. WOW they actually hold the cars that are actually reserved!!! But this was 1:20 PM. He had a car but it hadn't been checked in or cleaned. He could've given us a car and put the unclean car in it's place...but NO!!! We were told we could wait for them to clean and check the car for "guns and drugs" or we could drive the Jeep with the warning going off every 5 miles. We had no option but to wait. After about 20 minutes he came out to say "I do have a Jeep Wrangler if you don't mind driving that. It's not cleaned up but you can take it if you want it". At this point we just wanted to get out of Fort Smith. We took it just to get home. This situation added three hours to our trip home. We rented for a week as we needed to move some things when we got home. We decided to keep it instead of deal with the agents again. Two days later on the eve of a Full Moon a rock flew up and hit the windshield. After all we've been through I thought for sure they would waive any extra charges but NO...absolutely not. They gave us a discount on the original rental and told us to contact our insurance company. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This is the experience we'll tell when asked about Enterprise. It's fitting they sent a request for a review today as I've spent 3 hours between getting a claim number from Enterprise, then American National and finally AMEX. Now we have to pay a $500 deductible on top of all the angst and frustration Enterprise has already caused. The agents tell us they deal with angry people every day because the website is fraudulent. How do they get away with advertising something don't have??? We've gotten lucky with a car showing up and we waited for it to be cleaned. But this time was inexcusable in every sense of the word. The lack of customer care will cause us to look at other rental companies.
