I had a reservation for a pick up on 11/12/2025 that was made with a Britney by my auto insurance on 11/11/25 @3:pm. Britney called me from Enterprise on 11/11/25 @3:pm to confirmed she had spoke with my auto carrier and that she had a vehicle reserve for me. I told Britney that I had to drop my vehicle off first at the autobody shop and my appointment for that wasn't until 11/12/25. She said no problem and jut come right down the street for my rental car. So today I drop my vehicle off, go over to Enterprise to pick up my rental and was told by a rude rep that they didn't have me in the system for a pickup on today. I informed him of the conversation I had with Britney who was off and he said she had me in for a pick up @ 11:am on 11/11/25. I told him that that was impossible since Britney and I talk on 11/11/25 @3:pm. Long story short I didn't get a vehicle after going back and forth with this rude, obnoxious, and down right cruel customer service person I left. I even call corporate while i was there. Needless to say i yet to hear from them. So just be aware of this Enterprise and the customer service there. Which is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all.

The staff was super friendly and my check in was fast. I got the vehicle that I booked online and was able to head directly to the road to travel.
