  My first time renting all because of an accident. I rented a SUV at the lot on Covington Pike. Jade waited on me. She was so nice and patient with this young old lady. When I had a question she was able to answer it. Keep up the good work Jade.

  Customer service was wonderful and so was my experience. No Complaints at all. This is my favorite car rental place.

  Great service! Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and kind. I had some issues with a car I rented, and the staff took great care of me. Everyone had a smile on their face, and made the whole process very easy.

  Well Enterprise car rental knocked it out of the park, as far as I am concerned. When I came in with I need a car this size, for this rate for this long, with billing each week on Wednesday, Enterprise said, YES, YES and YES. I will be going back in the future. When I asked them to upgrade my vehicle by 1 car class without a difference in the price... WELL ENTERPRISE DID ABSOLUTELY DO THAT FOR ME AS WELL!! Thank you, Enterprise. I do not remember anyone's name who helped me, though everyone I had anything to do with at Enterprise was extremely polite and respectful and very devoted to my customer satisfaction. That is so key!! YOU GUYS ROCK AT COVINGTON PIKE ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL!!
