    I originally booked a reservation at the airport location while experiencing car trouble. Unfortunately, the policies there were very different, and I received rude and unprofessional service. I called to see if I could modify my reservation to a closer location, and since it was late in the evening, I went to the Brooks Road location instead. The difference was like night and day! The service there was fast, friendly, and efficient — it took less than 15 minutes, and the agent was so kind and helpful. Any time I needed to extend my rental, a quick phone call took care of it with no issues. Both agents I interacted with at the Brooks Road location were amazing. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Excellent customer service truly makes all the difference — it costs nothing to be kind!
