  Amazing business. I came to them after they were recommended by a family member. The dealership was trying to tell me it would cost up to 3k to fix my car, and still no guarantee it would be fixed. I am so thankful for Dukes! They took it in, fixed it up and all under 1k. We are so happy to have our car back working. Our new go to automotive shop!

  I can't express my gratitude and thanks to Mr. Terry Dukes and his entire staff. I had 2 so called mobile Mechanics fix my car, and the results were 0, then I got an excellent referral to go to Dukes. I call booked a appointment, got the car there, Mr.Dukes and his efficient time assessed the problem got a call very soon after with what the problem was with the car, I gave him the go ahead to fix it, he told me that it would be about $400 with parts and labor, the next day about 10:30, Mr. Dukes was calling me back to tell me that it was ready for pickup. His top notch guys fixed my problem, and they test drove it 3 times to make sure that the problem was solved.. I picked it up within the hour, and they had it parked and ready for me to drive out of the parking lot safely . When I got into the office to pay for my repairs, I was greeted by the wonderful and kind receptionist. The price that I paid the receptionist was $25.00 less that I had been quoted. I couldn't believe it. I reminded of good old fashion service with a smile. The owner, Mr Dukes came out and talked with me. Where does this happen today? This place is a God send because the dealership was trying to charge me $1,500 which I did not have that amount of money. Thanks Mr.Terry Dukes and staff for getting my little Buick Encore running smooth as silk. One of his guys even checked to make sure that all was good after I had gotten into the car and cranked the motor. I all have to say is Dukes Automotive is on my Speed dial. ..
