- GCGylyan CarterMay 8, 20211.0I had a horrible experience both during the rental process and upon returning my full size SUV. It was due to the disrespectful customer service of one girl in particular claiming to be the manager (black girl(unfortunately) thin, light skinned with long hair). I received the vehicle in USED condition. It was dirty on the inside and outside and later found fluid levels were low. When we expressed dissatisfaction I was immediately confronted with a defensive and evasive attitude. Instead of a different vehicle she finally agreed to wash it and told us to wait. Upon returning 2 days later we were met with the same disregard and confrontational attitude. It turned into an outright argument with her yelling threats and frustration. This has been the worst experience I've had renting cars and my first and last rental from Budget. I hope no one else has to experience the anguish I did when theres already a stressful environment in addition to personal situations deeming a rental car inherently necessary.

It was how it was handled that was very rude and unprofessional. Even though I was in line, others were allowed to rent the last cars available while I stood there. Again, very unprofessional and rude. Please choose another company at this location.
