  Says on their website they accept temporary drivers license, doesn’t say anything about it having to have a barcode on it. Could not rent a car from them with my temporary drivers license, they called every supervisor they could and they all told them they can’t help me. Nobody else has anything available. This will cost me several hundred dollars in ride share costs, I had planned my trip around your website info saying I can rent a car with a temporary ID. This is false advertising plain and simple.

  Reserved a 15 passenger van 2 months in advance, but I went to pick up the van they gave it away to someone else. Then they had a 12 passenger van on the lot ,but refused to give me that van. Instead, they saved that van for some lady who left to rental place to go get a credit card to pay for the rental. I had to cancel my family trip, because they served me poorly with no remorse. Wanted to give me 2 Lincoln Navigators instead. Which would caused me to send more money on gas to get to our destination.

  Every time I order a rental car at the MEMPHIS rental car, there has always to been a problem. But if I get back to Memphis, I have to have a rental car so it would be nice if Memphis would provide transportation for handicapped people to get to the rental car counter. And for the car to be available no matter the pickup time.

  Car stunk, was dripping wet and I had to wait an hour for it at the airport. 15 miles from airport "Service Shifter" light came on. Have been trying to reach local office for 3 days. Still waiting................
