  Wanna say thank you to Darius he is extremely nice customer service 10/10 highly recommend he is very honest and lets you know everything up front if you need a rental come here and ask for him

  Scam alert! This location is scamming its customers. I bought and paid for loss damage waiver which covers all damage to the vehicle. They are trying to charge $700 for a tiny chip to the window which could have been repaired instead of replacing the whole window. They say they haven't received a form from me but they have. They gave me a carbon copy so I have proof. Noone will answer the phone or my emails. They're just trying to charge me $700 even though I paid for coverage to not worry about this. Stay away from this location, you'll be doing yourself a favor.

  Employees were very helpful and attentive during our conversations….both the Rental and Return process were perfect!! We added another Driver at a different location in the City; the second Agent was super busy, but smiled and gave each of her Renters her full attention..She was so professional that she minimized the fact that she was working alone. She repeatedly thanked us for our patience! I said thank YOU for your pleasant customer service!!
