The guy picked him up at midnight within 20 minutes of calling on the interstate ramp Monday night. They picked him up at midnight and drove all the way to T-county and was home by 1am. I can’t thank the guy enough that came and got him. He had been sitting there since 3:30. I’m going to make sure road side assistance takes the other company off the list and adds your company.

The remainder of the management and customer service representatives have been absolutely awful to deal with. I was involved in an accident passing through and have now been told that I cannot pay any of the bills that have been accrued without providing the payment in cash. I am now expected to uproot my family again after moving across the country and drive back to Memphis to pay instead of finding another solution suitable for all parties involved. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service at this company.
