- SPSandra Pryor4 days ago5.0Today was a day that didn’t get off to a good start! The problem…my jeep wouldn’t start. I had it jumped off. I drove straight to the AutoZone #5756 to have the battery tested. The reason for this review is not what was done to my Jeep; it’s for the 5 star customer service I receive from Chris, Store Manager. Chris came out checked the jeep and saw that the battery was bad; he did all of the necessary paperwork to ensure that my battery was replaced. Having employees like Chris is definitely a breath of fresh air and a blessing. THANK YOU CHRIS and thanks AUTOZONE for having great employees at this store!!

They were able to install it. This time, they weren’t able to get the old battery out. It wasn’t a corrosion issue. They just didn’t know how to take it out.
