The time before, I needed a battery replaced and Elvis got me set up and installed the new one for me. These guys are the best!

Initially, they told me they may not be able to install the new battery because my Mercedes had the battery located under the passenger side seat. The manager, Antonio, came out and confirmed that the computer was incorrect and that he could easily get to the battery. He was cordial and efficient and replaced the battery in less than 10 minutes. He was very helpful and pleasant. This will definitely be my go to Autozone in the future.
- KMkeith morganSep 25, 20251.0Went to this store to get my battery checked and possibly buy a new one. The manager (Elvis S.) last name (Self)? Was extra rude and made no attempt to to help me. I came to the counter and he just stared at me while I had my battery in my hand. Finally he told me to put it in the counter. Never hooked it up to the machine and told me that it was no good without checking it. I then asked him to look up what size battery that I would need to replace the one that I had. I asked could he pull it up on the screen so that I could see my options? Size, price? Again he just stared at me and without pulling my info up on the screen he told me what number that I would need. I asked him if he could show me what he had. Again he just stared at me without helping me. That was another employee standing next to Elvis, so I asked if he could help me because it looked like the manager didn’t want to help me. Elvis got mad and said that the other employee just did commercial sales. The other employee, (didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful and explained my options. Needless to say, I refused to buy any product from this store due to the laziness, rudeness and unwillingness to help me with my needs. This manager should not be running this store and should be terminated immediately.
