The store was extremely busy and the staff served everyone with patience and a smile. All the while I heard one of the gentlemen to go to break because they have been working for hours without taking lunch and they were going to rotate so each other could have lunch

Tell me why they had me on the phone 30 minutes or longer, and plus telling me they don't see it or haven't been pulled. Online it says order ready in 30 minutes. I never had this problem with Advance Auto or AutoZone on Getwell.... I called at 730 last night and the girl had me hold for another 30 min telling me that they forgot to pull the part... A whole day as of this morning it took me to call them again to see if it's was ready and she told me no but they about to pull it now so by time I make it to them it will be ready....... Made it up there asked questions they had no answers just said some people just don't like to do their job but management had to pull the part because employees are lazy..... They need a full new crew that loves to work......
