I was told that all I had to do was walk past the counter and go straight to the garage and pick a car based off of what I rented and drive to the exit gate to present ID, etc. That is exactly what I did. Walking through the garage though, the gal sitting on the side called out and asked if I needed any help. Though I didn’t, that was extra helpful. Couldn’t have been easier. Drop off was just as easy. Pulled up, the guy told me to leave my keys in the cupholder and I walked onto to the terminal. Was so incredibly pleased with the Entire experience will definitely be using Alamo again in the future!

However when I mentioned it upon return Alamo’s employee staff member Stephanie handled it quickly and professionally. Not to mention it was 5 am and even though it was early she still greeted me with a smile and was super kind. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a discount — great customer service! The car was clean, reliable, and pickup/drop-off were super easy. I really appreciated how Stephanie turned my rental issue into a positive experience. Definitely recommend renting from them and I hope they see how great Stephanie is!
