They didn't want to give me my money back after I repeatedly had to drive up there. And I live 45 minutes away, finally get them to give me another amp that I really didn't want. They charge me more for that amp. Even though it's not as good of an amp as the one I ordered. Then, when I went to get that amp hooked up, they turned around. And charge me another $1000 for that amp. After I'd already paid for it, then charged me $350 for speakers. And installation that they never installed. So they stole $1800 from me. Never installed any speakers. This place will lie to you straight to your face. And then when you complain about it. Blame you after they rob you and run your credit card for charges that they never did. Tried to tell me that my credit card company gave me my money back when I complained about them. Never giving me my amp, which never happened. That's where they tried to justify charging me. Another $1000 + 800 for installation that they never even did. And don't let that guy David, that's been working there forever. Fool ya He comes across really nice and honest. He's just as bad as the manager. Owner, whatever it is, you can't get a straight answer. From who owns or runs that place? Whatever he is.
