  I'm praying for the lady with the curly hair this morning at the Austin Peay location who told me she don't care about the outstanding service I get at other Take 5 carwashes, especially in Southaven and Hickory Hill when I ask to use just the vacuum, and her vacs was for her customers who use her carwash. Her tone was bad, and I understand that she may be going through something to even speak to me in such a harsh condescending tone. I pray her day get better, and for healing in her soul. I am still a customer of Take 5 carwashes because despite today, I am still a customer.

  This was my first and last time at this location. My sister and I each paid $16, and neither of our cars were actually washed. The place was overcrowded, and when I left, I still had bird droppings on my windshield. Once I got home, it was clear my car hadn’t been cleaned at all — and after two weeks of snow and dirt, it should’ve been obvious if anything had been done. Same for my sister’s car. The staff was helpful, but the service itself was terrible. I won’t be returning.
