  Do not waste your money - terrible car wash and slimy business practices. To begin with, they have a person posted at the entry to pressure you into a monthly subscription. My mistake was giving in just to get the interaction over with. The car wash itself was a total waste - my car was barely washed at all. My car is small (but not unusually so), and I could see that the brushes were not reaching several places, and also did not get close enough to the car to fully remove the dirt. This was especially true in the front/side windows next to the mirrors, the back sides of the car, and the back itself. Basically only the sides and the front were somewhat clean. I did use the vacuums, which are only available on one side of the car, so it's very difficult to vacuum the opposing side. So I go to cancel, which is not a swift nor easy process, but because I did not "submit a written request within 7 days" I was charged again and customer service refused to refund me. "It's in their terms and conditions", buried who knows where. Totally slimy to refuse to refund me after I told them of my inadequate car wash. I feel completely taken advantage of. Get a better wash and experience literally anywhere else.

  I have a take five car wash subscription. Last time i went to this location after the snow storm the car wash worked good and the vacuums were powerful.

  Well,I Had a good experience the customer service is A+ Real Friendly Environment,the lady took time to explain to be ,About membership such sweet lady!Will be my spot to wash my car !
