- SDSunshine DayJan 9, 20263.0Dukes has worked on my car twice. Terry is great! He explains things well and they seem to be very honest at what they do and the work that they do has been great. My only complaint is about this shop is about the woman that answers the phones. Both of my phone calls to them, she was very rude and I felt like I was a bother to her. When my husband went in to pick up my car, he also made a comment to me about a woman not being friendly and she didn't say two words to him despite him speaking to her and asking how she was doing. It seems like she doesn't like her job very much. I will reconsider using them again because although they do good work, I just don't like being treated like our business is a bother, which is why I deducted stars from my rating.
