I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Nice new store. No working showers. That is really frustrating. The parking lot is designed in such a way, that the more trucks that are parked here. The harder it's gonna be to squeeze in. It looks like you got plenty of swing around room, until it's time for you to swing around backing in.

ATTENTION TRUCKERS! DO NOT STOP AT THIS PILOT. IF YOU WANT A SHOWER, THERE NOT WORKING. IF YOU WANT TO PARK WITHOUT PAYING YOU HAVE TO ARRIVE EARLY. ($20.00) FOOD OVER PRICED. WENT IN MCDONALD'S MY GIRL WANTED EXTRA ONIONS AND GOT TWO HAND FULLS! JUST NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IF YOU CAN DRIVE 13 MORE MILES UP THE ROAD NORTH, I RECOMMEND LOVES!!! GOOD LUCK STAY SAFE.

These guys think that just because they remodeled the inside that gives them the right to give us unstoppable, voice ads at the gas pump. This is the last time I will ever stop at this gas station due to being forced to listen to ads while I pay you money

One of the worst pilots ever. Unfriendly. No food. No showers. Parking is primarily paid and you have to have pilot loyalty card to even purchase 1. Oh and that McDonald’s even worse. Keep it moving truckers. I promise you won’t be missing nothing. Trust me on this.

I drove more than 10 hours straight. Completely exhausted. All I wanted was to stop and take a proper shower, feel like a human being for at least 10 minutes. Instead, I arrive and find out the showers are closed for “repairs”. All of them. Every single one. Even those damn shower pumps are shut down. Nothing works. How is this acceptable? Who thought it was a good idea to close ALL the showers at the same time at a truck stop used by long-haul drivers? Is it really that hard to do repairs in stages and keep at least a few shower stalls open? This isn’t rocket science, it’s basic respect for people. So now you’re standing there dirty, tired, and angry, realizing that to this place you’re not a customer, you’re an inconvenience. They want your money, but they don’t care about your comfort at all. Total disregard. The worst part is there’s no proper warning ahead of time. You pull in with hope and leave feeling like you were basically told to go screw yourself. After 10+ hours on the road, this isn’t a “minor inconvenience”, it’s straight-up disrespect. If you can’t organize repairs properly while keeping basic facilities available for drivers, then just be honest and put up a sign saying: “We don’t care about truck drivers.” At least that would be honest. I’m not coming back here again, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
