Called about getting a part warrantied that I bought at this location - person tells me over the phone it’s all good to just take the part in and they’ll be able to swap it out. Showed up and the person I dealt with in the store basically refused to warranty my part, was very rude, and essentially just walked away. Told me I had to go to another store to get it done despite having bought the part at this exact location.
