  My boyfriend and I have had a few issues at other zip locations, but this zips specifically took amazing care of us. The worker named Caden replaced our membership sticker within seconds, even though it has gave us trouble since we got the sticker. Caden was truly so helpful and kind, safe to say we found where we will be going from now on.

  I went there for a basic car wash and they over charged me. Two months later they still have not returned my money even though I have contacted their customer support service team. I’ll never go there again!

  Caden is a real one! Big respect to him! Awesome personality, awesome customer service, and honestly probably should be running the place. More should stride to be more like him.

  I went through the Zips carwash tunnel on Foch St. in Alcoa today. I'm happy that this location is doing much better than Zips carwash on Hall Road! I did not have to get out and rewash my car by hand today on Foch St. The employees Rachel, Zane and Ben were helpful and polite. They rechecked my car to make sure the carwash outcome was a good one. The brushes looked like they are due to be replaced. Overall I think this location on Foch Street is run more professionally than the location on Hall Rd. I will change to using the Foch Street carwash tunnel. We were going to cancel our membership because of the extremely poor service at the Hall Rd. Zips. I do recommend anyone using the Hall Rd location and receiving poor services to try the Foch Street location. Best of luck to you all!
