- JRJay Roberts5 days ago1.0As a veteran I always take both of my vehicles to Vaviline. They do a great job and I get a discount. Yesterday I took my Nissan frontier truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The kid that was running the place I know he over charged me. First he checked my lights then I had to pay him before he even changed the oil or rotated the tires. That never happened before. It was always after the work was done. When I got the bill, my email was wrong, then he charged me $49.99 for a tire rotation. I asked him why my tire rotation was $49.99 instead of $29.99. He said because I had 6 lug nuts per tire. Which is bs because I got my tires rotated the last time for $29.99. He said, that he could take it off the bill. I told him that I needed my tires rotated. So, he charged my $49.99 for the tire rotation. Instead of putting the information in the computer as a tire rotation he put it in as miscellaneous. Vavoline needs to look into this. Because I have a feeling that I’m not the only one that he done this too. I will be talking to someone higher up than him.

- CAcody allenApr 13, 20261.0Yesterday afternoon my wife took my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta for an oil change.I got out of the car after driving it for about 15 minutes and I suddenly hit with a burning smell I thought I car was on fire with smoke and the smell.The people who changed my oil spilled new oil all over the top of the engine so much to the point there were puddles.Mybwife even said at the time there was no one else in line. This place has fallen way off it used to be the only place I'd go not anymore!
