- EHEric HawkinsNov 12, 20251.0Mani normally don't have anything to say but the Last 4 times I've been here I have had trouble with them for not putting my skid plate on properly this last time I spoke to the guy and said hey brother last three times I've been here they didn't put my skid plate back on right can you make sure to let the guy in the pit to MAKE SURE HE PUTS IT BACK ON PROPERLY.HIS Response was on yeah he's a good tech he's very careful and really good he even holloard down in the pit hey! Make sure you put his skid plate back on right so I thought ok cool thank you sir I appreciate it.The next morning coming out to my car to eat my lunch at work seen something hanging down from underneath Got down looked and see my skid plate wasn't put on correct and the sound dampner felt came loose and flopping! People if you like that kind of trust then keep going back as for me I'm done here 4 times is way to many times May God bless .This happened on Halloween night around 6:30 pm

I should have asked to speak to a manager sooner but once he noticed something was wrong and took time to listen to me even though i was quite upset he turned everything around and for that I appreciate. Dont judge 1 team members actions or interaction against a company. Judge how the leaders resolve and hopefully help grow the team.

When I pulled in, the technician was kind enough to look at my past oil change record and let me know that I really was not due for one yet. He could have given me the oil change and not let me know, but instead, he had integrity and didn't take advantage. I was always happy with my service at Valvoline before, but I'll be a dedicated customer now because of the honesty I was shown.

Going to a new shop is kind of always nerve wracking, you don’t want to admit you have no idea what’s going on. But Hunter from the moment he greeted me was super through on explaining their services and processes. He also didn’t make me feel bad when I admitted I’m a very neglectful car owner instead he let me know “we got you covered”. The whole Valvoline team was super courteous, efficient and well worth the first time try. Thank you Hunter and team for the awesome job and making me a Valvoline believer. Highly recommend this Valvoline.
