  services at Valvoline such as, air filter, oil change, air conditioning has been my go to for years. Thank you for all that you do to get customers in and out as quick as possible within your capabilities.

  I came in for a quick oil change before traveling for a funeral. My battery died while in line and they were so helpful in getting back and running. I was told many years ago there was no cabin air filter. Has not been changed since 2018. They were able to locate the filter and change it when other mechanics had failed to find it. An A+++ for my servixe.

  I went on a Tuesday morning at 10 am, literally the least busy time listed on the website, and it still took over an hour for a basic oil change. I guess I am happy with the service, but I only go to Valvoline and pay their premium prices because it’s supposed to be fast. Walmart would do it for $20+ cheaper and would take this same amount of time on a Tuesday morning. I had no other services done to my car. It’s hard to give them the benefit of the doubt on the speed when everyone just seems to be standing around chit-chatting and yelling at each other.

  It took 1.5 hours to get my oil changed on 3/20/26 at the Madison Old Hickory Blvd location I pulled into this location at 11:10 am and I was the 3rd person in line so I thought I would be in and out but no such thing. It was well over 45 minutes before I was waved inside and I could not back out as they had us pulled in tight like sardines. There were at least 2 cars behind me and they were leaving. From there it was recommended I get 5 services, I got an oil change and wiper blades. There were at least 8 workers there and and neither lane was moving, I had never experienced such a wait. Come to find out after asking what the delay was, they were training on A FRIDAY and they were trying to sell every service they could per customer. They were nice but it was a very irritating experience since I had been waiting so long to be serviced and him trying to sell me services. I wanted OUT of there bad. For my next oil change I will only go to a Valvoline if there is no wait.
