  Had a 8am appointment for first rotate and balance of the tires had bought from them. Explained when made appointment I was on call and couldn’t leave the suv. Arrived to check in with tech and he stated it would be a hour to hour and a half wait before it would be worked on. I stated I’d have to cancel and make another appointment. Started to leave and manger came out said there was a misunderstanding and he was doing the work himself. He did the job in 30mins. Would recommend dealing with him anytime and thank you.

  I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but I am so mad rite now . I took my car to get new wheels on . Waited 2 hours just for them to tell me that they broke 4 studs . They are trying to blame the person that put tires on my car . What I don’t get is why continue to take them off just to keep breaking the studs .????? You broke one you should have stopped and said something to me instead of continuing. I work in hermitage and live in Clarksville. How am I supposed to get home when the guy tells me not to drive far with it ????????? So now I have to figure out how to get home and find someone that won’t charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed because. Yall don’t want to take responsibility for it … But choose to keep blaming the tire shop that put on my tires months ago . I watched the person put on the tires . I was there and I know he had no issues putting them on. What now ???

  I used to really like this place. They were always friendly and always did exactly what they said they would. Until this last Saturday when I had the unfortunate luck of running into Zach. Zach had a terrible attitude because people were calling out. I know you're asking yourself, what does that have to do with him? Exactly, it had nothing to do with me, but still I got a shitty attitude. Then he quotes me for a repair, I should've known something was up when he didn't ask me to sign the quote like he did for my oil change, but i didn'tthink aboutit. They do the repair and now my total is almost $300 more than what they quoted. They eventually reduced it to a lower price, but I'm still not happy with being treated like this, and if the final price was really more than what he initially quoted, we all know they wouldn't have lowered it. Maybe when Zach is no longer employed there this place will get better, but until then I won't be back.
