  I had spoken to Paul a few other times when I was there for service on my other GMC. He was still helpful and friendly even though there was no sale to be made but had no problem answering any of my ramdon questions. When I was finally ready to buy but unsure what I wanted he helped answer questions, we went for test drives. He responded to my texts and emails very timely. Thank you Paul. ” -->

  Took my car to them told them the issue and that it’s a recall. They call me and tell me that it’s my battery and I paid $200 for the diagnostic. Got a new battery and the same issue is going on!!! Why don’t you listen to a customer?!

  Paul provided top-notch customer service. After a recent storm in Nashville, a tree fell on my car and totaled it, so I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle. Paul waited at the dealership for me on a Saturday and even stayed after hours to help me get everything taken care of. The process was smooth and professional, and I love my Canyon. Really appreciate him going the extra mile.

  Purchased new 2025 2500 HD Ultimate, brakes are squeaking and have been for months. Issue has been addressed and service down played it like this is normal. I’ve personally changed brake pads for years and recently traded in my Toyota Tundra with 255,000 miles on it (guess what no brake squeaking). Now they want to keep my $92,000 truck overnight to look at the brakes (Toyota would have looked over during maintenance especially with vehicle being under warranty the same day). Not only that I brought in for oil change in which I paid upfront for service and because I didn’t ask for tire rotation they didn’t complete this service in which they charged me for in the past because my truck wasn’t in for the pre paid oil change). Should of stayed with Toyota.. This is what you get with high volume dealership..

  Hello, I’m giving one star to the man that work in the front desk financial department, white tall don’t care for his name, he works in the use auto dealership department, YES YOU. The one person told me that my car value is $27,000 and I show him, how much another dealership, want to give me $37,000 and you said, yea because they were going to sell you a salvaged title car, I told you, what actually they did , they lie to me, why, you got be smart mouth. And ignorant!! I will never but ever go there, until they said they fire youuuju!! Is the used car department!! ,I want to purchase. The used corvette that is moderate hit side passenger said!! Used one.by the way my car had 26,000 thousand miles!!
