  I called and wanted two tires for my truck. They told me that I get a free alignment if I buy four tires and a 5 quart oil change so I said OK yeah I want the four tires with the alignment and the oil change. Well after they charged me $680 they proceed to tell me I can’t get the alignment because of front end damage to the truck that they even had a hard time taking off the spare. Now my question I had and ask three different times when they said they had they knew soon as they pulled the spare tire off that there was too much leakage that they were not gonna be able to do the alignment. Why did you not come in there and tell me, I’m sorry we’re not gonna be able to do your alignment. Do you just want to go back to having two tires or do you still wanna get the four? Not one employee would answer my question and I even ask I told you I only wanted two tires, but the four would pay for themselves with the alignment and the 5 quart for an oil change but since I can’t get the alignment, you’re refusing to do it. Why was I not given the option to go back to the two tires I came in the store for? That was $680. I did not have and I’m just very upset at how they did not come and say hi we’re not gonna be able to do the alignment. Do you wanna go back to the two tires that you originally came in the store for???

  I can not say enough good things about this l Iocation. I went to another location they said they did an alignment and never did so I came to this l I cation and it drove so much better and road noise was gone. The sales manager James went out of his way to resolve my issues even though they didn't mess up but they still did the right thing as part of the organization he even was getting his hands dirty. Next the recent shop put tires on but did a horrible job balancing and there was a huge thump and wobble as I was moving causing a violent shake it was much worse than when I arrived. But when I came to this location Antonio properly balanced tires and the shake instantly went away. I felt much safer. Unfortunately what the recent shop did caused other damage but Antonio was honest and resolved the initial problem. Alignment was done by Corey and not only did he do it once he did it twice and took it on two test drives . This is the place to go. You might have a bit of a wait but what do you expect its a shop that does quality work in a busy area. I will drive 20 miles out of my way to go here. Just don't ever go to mt. Juliet.

  Made an appointment for 10:30 am and was at the store at 10:15 am. Vehicle not taken back into the bay until12:15 pm after I asked the gm what was the point of having appointment and watching customers who came in after me get serviced and leave. Then they hit me with another bs charge of $185 about 2 lug nuts stuck that I had off and 2 or 3 times in the last month doing suspension repairs and I use a 4 way. They might be good for just tires but I would avoid them for anything else. And even if you make an appointment so you can schedule your day do not count on them to honor the appointment. Just watched the mecha iced remove the supposedly stuck lugs with the impact in under a minute,I am going to see if they want to waive the additional fee. And then 4 hours later they 0tell you they can't align it because of a rack & pinion leak. Their fault on the leak no, but if they would have honored the appointment time I would have known another sooner and been on my way. Worst service I've ever had, would not recommend them to fix a bicycle.
