This was my third visit to Tire Discounters, second at the Rivergate location, and I’ve had a great experience every time.
I came in with nails in two tires (one purchased from TD) and needed two more replaced. John was fantastic — super personable, helpful, and walked me through my options without any pressure. I ended up replacing all four tires at a very reasonable price and was in and out in about an hour and a half.
While waiting, I also noticed how great the customer service was at the front desk. I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly patient and kind with customers both in person and on the phone — it really stood out.
I’ll definitely be back. When you’re making a big investment like tires, great customer service matters, and this location delivers.

Update 12/23/25: Thank you Tristan and team for your professional follow-up concerning this matter. I appreciate your willingness to reach out with a resolution.
I went to Tire Discounters in Madison, TN on 12/16/25 for a simple oil change. When I got home, I noticed that the overhead heating light above the service bay had melted the bug deflector on the hood of my truck while it was being serviced.
Within an hour, I drove back and spoke with JT, who acknowledged the damage and told me he had ordered a replacement part. He assured me he would call when it arrived so they could install it.
By 12/19/25, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called at 9 AM and was told someone would call me back. No one did. Around 11:30 AM, I stopped by in person and was told by the front desk that there was no record of the replacement order at all, and that I would need to speak with JT on Monday.
On 12/22/25, I called again and spoke with a manager, who told me JT wasn’t coming in—despite being told on Friday that he would be available. During that call, Zach informed me they were taking no further action, and that I should file a police report and let corporate handle it.
This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. The damage was caused during their service, the repair was promised on 12/16, and every attempt I made to follow up was met with delays, contradictions, or being brushed off. This should have been a simple fix, but instead I’ve been left with damage to my vehicle and no accountability from the store.

Bought new tires from here a couple months ago, and one of the tires had a leak so I came in to take advantage of the free flat tire repair. I called ahead and asked if I should make an appointment and they said “no just come on in and we’ll take care of it”. I checked it in, and no ETA was given. After waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours with no update whatsoever, I was told I was next in line and would take about 25 mins after that.
Waiting 3 hours for a tire patch is completely unprecedented for a tire shop.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
