I came in with nails in two tires (one purchased from TD) and needed two more replaced. John was fantastic — super personable, helpful, and walked me through my options without any pressure. I ended up replacing all four tires at a very reasonable price and was in and out in about an hour and a half. While waiting, I also noticed how great the customer service was at the front desk. I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly patient and kind with customers both in person and on the phone — it really stood out. I’ll definitely be back. When you’re making a big investment like tires, great customer service matters, and this location delivers.
