    It was not our plan to buy a new vehicle in Tennessee on Saturday (we live in Texas). However, when the transmission in my 2024 Chevy Silverado had a pretty major problem, we ended up at Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC hoping to get it fixed. Of course it being a Saturday and the fact that the parts needed to replace the transmission were all on backorder and it would be several weeks we had no choice and made the decision to trade it in (it was still under warranty) and buy a new one. That’s where Sam came in. He made the process as painless as possible, working to get us a good deal on our trade-in as well as a good deal on the new buy. After just a couple of hours, we were back on the road and headed home. Sam treated us with all professionalism and worked hard to get me what I wanted and at the best price. And while that was definitely not in our plans, Sam made it much better. If I ever have a problem while in Tennessee again, I would definitely find my way back to Serra chevy Buick GMC!

    ***DO NOT RECOMMEND.*** I paid the service department thousands for a repair on our Volt. Our car broke down twice more with the same *exact* issues within four months after the first service. After they refused to accept any responsibility for the faulty and/or incomplete repairs, claiming I had a new issue each time, they now want to charge me $19,000 to diagnose and replace the battery. My car is effectively now totaled, and we are out thousands for the first repair. The service department refuses to take any accountability whatsoever. I had an absolutely miserable and nightmarish experience with Serra and would not recommend them to anyone looking for service on their vehicle. Please look elsewhere!

    Chris Patty and Bobby committed this car to my family. 30 minutes before the appointment with my daughter and the mechanic I hired. I got a text from Chris telling me that they sold the car. They did not go yesterday because Chris said he was off and would be in Friday. My daughter went to work early so she can get off and purchased this vehicle. When I called her she and her baby were in the middle of getting dressed to go buy their car. When I called it broke her heart, Chris hadn't even bothered to reach out to her and let her know. The funny thing is Bobby reached out to her this morning to make sure she was still going to keep the appointment. I'd also been in communication with Chris about 2 or 3 hours prior to them selling the car. GOD never makes mistakes, and they never have to worry about me attempting to do business with them again

    We purchased a 2009 Chevy pick up truck from Sera With the understanding that it is a used vehicle, but upon taking it home, the vehicle essentially went into limp mode and has been in the shop four of the six weeks that it has been owned. We called the dealership and the sales person essentially did not have time to speak with us and told us he would have a manager give us a call. We received a call from a manager who told us that it is a 16-year-old vehicle and we should’ve known that it was not ready (Whatever that means). They took zero responsibility for the fact that the truck was not drivable, even though we only wanted them to help us with this and not necessarily pay for everything and we were blown off. Not the type of customer service I would recommend to anyone. If you sell a vehicle and refuse to stand behind your sale then essentially you’re not running a car dealership you’re running a fruit stand because you just sold me a lemon.
