I spent roughly an hour waiting while he walked in and out of his office trying to confirm my finances but at no point did he let me know if there was anything even on the lot that was within my budget so I ultimately walked out feeling somewhat unwelcome. I will likely not be returning here

I feel like I could stop by Serra Chevrolet on any given day and have a cup of coffee and just shoot the breeze with Mark and he would be just fine with that.
