    My experience was amazing. Karla the receptionist is very friendly and polite. Upon inspection Darrel told me exactly what the problem was and it was taken care of. I've already recommended them to friends. Thank you guys!

    Long story short: they’re overpriced. Went down the road and had the same job done for 1/2 the quote rivergate muffler gave me. They also didn’t disclose to me that they charge a fee to give quotes & charged me $80 to give me my keys back. Long story long: I took my truck to rivergate muffler to have a break in the exhaust fixed. I looked at it with their tech and we talked about a straight forward solution. They called me 2 days later with an estimate for $650! I said no thanks and when I picked up my truck I was informed that I’d be charged an $80 diagnostic fee. When I brought it to the attention of the owner that the fee was not disclosed when I dropped off the truck he said he would offer me a free oil change. I told him I didn’t plan to return. I’m writing this so you can learn from my mistake.
