Then he could not check the check engine light because him and nobody else knew how to use the machine. If you didn’t have time to do these for me then that is all that needed to be said, not lies because i went to autozone and the performed bother things for me no issues. I have went to jiffy lube multiple time and the have always been very helpful with all things i have needed help with. This is the first time hearing these things from people who work on vehicles all day. It was frustrating!!!

After waiting for a couple cars to be serviced, I was brought into the bay to begin my oil change. Up until this point, everything was fine. After about 10 minutes a technician came to my car to tell me that “the filter for your car is out of stock and should be here in 5 minutes.”After about 15 minutes of watching employees twiddle their thumbs with a line of cars behind me, I asked for an update. I was told “2 minutes.” After about another 10 minutes the filter arrived! In all, this was about a hour and 20 minute oil change. There was nothing “Jiffy” about this service, and I will never be returning to this location.
- SSSophieOct 30, 20251.0this place sucks. like really sucks. i came in for an oil change and they cracked my oil pan and then the worker tried to blame it on the last person to change my oil. after spending 2 hours trying to figure out who did it, they eventually took the fall and said they’d cover a replacement. i’m now back for the repair and we’re currently pushing 2 hours and they can’t even estimate an end time. 4.5 hours of my life wasted at this place. i’ll never be back. edit: they came out and said they didn’t have the right tools to replace my oil pan, so they decided they weren’t going to fix it at all and sent me on my way.
