Received a confirmation phone from the Madison/Rivergate location confirming the rental for a minivan on December 18th. Went to pick up our rental on December 24th and they tried to argue that I had booked an intermediate suv. Absolutely not. I Tried to play them their own voicemail as proof of their mistake and they didn’t want to hear it. Were absolutely no help at all. Never once apologized for their mess up just continued to say “unfortunately we cannot get you in a minivan today”. Horrible customer service and took zero accountability for the inconvenience and stress they caused. 2 other people were there picking up rentals and said they do this to them often. Don’t use them!!!!
