The call me 2 HOURS before pickup saying they don’t have any vehicles of that type, and can put me in a much smaller vehicle. The representative became very impatient and transferred me to a different location for their availability. Horrible experience will not be booking with them again!

We were out of town and needed a vehicle that he could easily get in and out of one he was released from the hospital. Enterprise provided a great car that met our needs and extended the time for the rental when I needed more time to get out and buy a new car. Everyone I encountered at Enterprise, whether in person or by phone, was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. They made a really difficult time for us much easier.
