  Terrible about listed parts being unavailable after online orders confirmation,like I ru. A mobile mechanics service so they've literally cost me customers over this unfulfilled order but showing in stock,,only place I have this issue,,,

  Very polite gentleman from AutoZone assisting me over the phone with my brakes for a 2016 Kia so he was very knowledgeable and told me he could even put them on hold for me until I got to the store very polite & professional

  Quick in and out visit. The lady, I'm assuming is the manager that evening, was super friendly to help me out. She was closing down a register and called out to her colleague to step in to help me. Not sure what her colleague was doing but she took care of what I needed right away. Her colleague came over some minutes later to assist me and another customer. Great customer service, location and hours.

  I’ve been to this store a couple times the last month and two of the ladies you have working there are absolutely WONDERFUL!! One of them is the manager for the day (I think her name might be Nicole but I’m really bad with names!) and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She helped me with my car the first time and then went above and beyond helping me get the parts I needed today. Y’all have some wonderful people working there for sure!
