- WWWinClient5270Aug 21, 20255.0After being taken advantage of by other shops in the area (avoid Pro Toy and Fred’s Garage at all costs!), I decided to give Attkisson Automotive a chance, and I’m glad I did. They did a great job rebuilding the transfer case in my 2005 Sienna after Protoy installed a leaking unit in it just over a year ago, and they refused to help me or take any responsibility. Now my Sienna is back on the road and ready for me to deliver to my mail route customers thanks to Attkisson! They also have done a decent job on getting the AC working on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee after Fred’s Garage in Alcoa tried to get me to replace the evaporator core (they claimed it was leaking), which is a very expensive job. Attkisson advised me that it was not the issue and they’re currently continuing to work to find and fix any leaks and/or problems with the AC. Although it still isn’t blowing as cold as it should be, the parts for it are extremely difficult to find due to it being right hand drive, which makes it a lot more difficult to repair than most other vehicles. I highly recommend Attkisson Automotive! 5 stars!

After my 4 runner being there with minimal communication for 4 days, $300 bill and an estimate to do $800 more of testing and still not real evidence to what had been done. I decided to have my vehicle towed to Attkisson Automotive. They contacted me every day with updates on what they found and had the issue completely resolved in 3 days. They were a complete breath of fresh air when I was in a complete bind worrying. If you want a seamless honest experience with your vehicle repairs I can't stress enough go here. Attkisson is what top notch customer service should be.
