  The crew at Lenoir City Valvoline was very professional and explained all the work they were completing. They suggested things I might need to address but did not make me feel like they were pushing needless costs on me

  This is my first time getting my oil changed! I was met by Austin, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also taught me a couple of things about my vehicle that I did not know. Aiden rotated my tires and it was also extremely helpful and friendly. I will be going back for now on.

  We had a fantastic experience at valvoline. We have used them multiple times before, and will continue to use them for our oil changes and car maintenance. They went above and beyond to take care of our minivan to get us back on the road as soon as possible! Thank you all for your great service for our family!

  I stopped this morning just to get an oil change. I have been running my truck for the last 3 months waiting for my transmission to go out after listening to several mechanics. After a 10 minute conversation with Matt I made an educated decision to try and salvage my tranny. Matt did the service and it is running and sounding significantly better. I’m glad I stopped this morning, I am going to save thousands. All that being said ever situation is different please do not immediately think this is the fix for your particular car. Like I said I made an educated decision and took a calculated risk. Thanks Matt for the fix up and the good conversation. All the best to you.
