For example the young man was able to tell me my recently bought tires(bought from a local tire dealer recently) were 2000 miles past due tire rotation before I could even ask about that service. Thirdly...price is comparable to actual dealer service but so much more convenient!! In and out in less time it takes to get checked in at dealership.
