Even surprised me 5 years ago by giving me “one on the house” when I lost my job to COVID. That was above and beyond and totally unexpected. This last time, the employee misunderstood and gave me a level up (more expensive oil) from the one I asked for. I didn’t know until it was time to pay. Because they’re always nice and do a good job, I didn’t say anything. And besides that, mistakes happen. I’ll still be going to them for my oil changes. Keep up the good work, guys!

This time they took oil filter off and set tools on my paint also they dropped my oil cap down in the Moter and used a grab tool and Hans to get it out. I understand it happens but they had oily hand prints all over my fender and Moter had too ask twice to check tire pressure. Never had this problem before.
