- MSMichael SatterfieldNov 22, 20255.0I bought a set of wipers for my daughter's car and I could not get them to fit took them back to the store and returned them and the associate told me he was 99% sure that they would fit if we bought the car in for him to put the wipers on. So my daughter and I went home and got her car and returned to the store and got the same associate and he attempted to put on the same wipers i had previously bought earlier in the day and he got them on but they wouldn't stay on and just like me he didn't like the fit. So he went back into the store and got another brand and those worked perfectly then when we went to pay he told me he was taking care of the wipers and only charged us for the steering wheel cover my daughter wanted. I don't care about any of the bad reviews others have written about this store because I haven't seen or heard of customer service on this scale in 30 years or more. This is an A+ store and the people working there are A+ as well!! I will always buy my parts here and I will always recommend them to anyone needing parts for their vehicles as well.
