  I have been using Valvoline for many many years. Just check the records. My son-in-law brought my car in this past week, in which he just got hired at that facility and was due to start today I believe. Now my son-in-law has brought my car a couple occasions as I’ve had to have a few surgeries, but the point is the same day that my son-in-law brought my car. He was called after he left by the manager and told that they felt he was trying to get over and that the position was no longer available for him because he asked if we got a discount. Now I had a $20 coupon off which I use every time I come in the first place and didn’t care whether or not I got a discount or not, and neither did he. But what I think did happen is that all of the boys and I say that kindly that were in there, completing the oil change, called and told the boss that he asked about it and God forbid what else was said, but my son-in-law is of two different ethnicities, black and Puerto Rican and I believe that this played a huge part in it! I am beyond disgusted at how this was handled and will never return to a Valvoline again as well neither any of my family members that do come! I will be filing a complaint as well as making sure that this is publicly posted on Facebook and as your website also! And by the way, I don’t know what they put in my windshield washer fluid, but it wasn’t to clean my windshield. I will tell you that I’ve had to drain the entire windshield washer fluid out of my car because the minute I used it it looked like it had soap or something all over my windshield.

  Waited entirely too long. Got there with 1 car in line, and didn’t leave for 50 minutes.

  These people do not know how to do a simple oil change they did not tighten, my oil filter oil, or the screw down. All my oil leaked out and now they have to open an investigation has to go on to see how they messed up my car thank you so much

  My husband usually takes care of the car stuff. His schedule has changed and was not able to do it. The gentleman at this Valvoline are Very professional and nice. Camren explained things to me and made the process very comfortable. I think he could tell I’m not the one that takes care of the oil changes. I will be back for Future services. Thank you Camren,Allen,Tamara and Kenneth awesome team😊

  This VIOC in Lebanon is one of the best. I was greeted by a member of the staff. They immediately got to work checking out the needs of my auto finding out all was well but for my engine air filter, oil and oil filter. My auto is a fleet car and I received my discount that I dont always recive at Pleasant Grove Road, Mount Juliet. The manager on duty called out showtime, he got me in and out of the bay in less than 20 minutes. I'm very pleased with the service here.
