  I'm very satisfied with Enterprise renting many cars from there but Drew at the Lebanon office makes it very special he makes sure you're happy and if not he will find out why and make a change I just think he needs to be credited for a good job well done thank you Miss Johnston

  I rent about 6-10 cars per year for work. Out of all the facilities I pick up/drop off at, Lebanon is the best. Every young man in there smiles, asks me how I'm doing and treats me with such respect. Fast service and great experience everytime. Keep up the A+ work Lebanon!

  One of the best rental companies.We had a vehicle for a little over a week and the car was amazing we didnt have one problem out of it and the staff are respectful and was friendly will most definitely come back

  I rented a car. My daughter wasn't there with her license at the time when she got off work that day. They told me not to worry about the extra fee that, they would waive it. Skip ahead until the day when I returned it. I checked to see if my deposit was returned. That was $119 subtracted from the deposit. When I go to check on it it is because of the extra driver fee. Call them and they tell me they will fix it. I have spoken to them several times and they say they will call me back when they have an answered and it has been 10 days and I have heard nothing.
