And then he looked at me with a surprised look on my face like I should have known clearly that I was waiting in the wrong bay and pointed over to the next bay and said that it was over there. And then he laughed at me when I said that there were no signs indicating that the bay I was waiting on was not open. I can understand if I’m in the wrong place, but to make someone feel ridiculed. And then he came over to the other bay and was retelling the story to a coworker and again laughing at my expense. However, all that to say, I made sure that someone else was helping me with my oil change and I was thankful that I did! My service agent was exceptionally kind. So, I have mixed reviews depending on who services your vehicle. Who wants to be made to feel that way when you’re waiting on customer service

I even asked if they would check my rear shocks and sway bars to make sure they were all tight due to a noise i was hearing. They did it. Everyone had a great attitude. They were knowledgeable on the type of transmission fluid I needed for the 8 speed transmission. They advised me if I bought the special fluid it required they would change it. As I said great employees. Normally I wouldn't trust an oil place with so much but these men and women were so on top of it I trusted them. Good people here.
