I called in the morning and was told it could be 9:30am before the car was available. No concern for 1.5 plus hour delay. Poor planning in their part shouldn’t be an emergency on mine. Should have chanced the airport and avoiding this level of incompetence.

He kept playing games when I said I didn’t have a reservation, did not listen to what I said and pretty much laughed it off. You would have thought he worked some high end job with how he behaved. Do not recommend this location. Why? Because he legitimately did not listen to what I said and replied like I was calling a 1800 number and replying like he’s reading from a prompt.
