  The lady I spoke with, Sherry, was so nice. They communicated every step. Very professional. Dominic, my tow driver, was very nice and did a great job. Thanks guys

  Everyone here was so accommodating and helpful! I’ve never been to a shop that’s so nice especially since we were out of town (6hrs away) they made sure we were safe and had a place to stay for the night! Sheri and Jason were the absolute BEST. I’m so grateful thank you to everyone who helped us along the way. We greatly appreciate you and your hard work!! <333

  It has been a few months since I utilized Ed's Towing, but I meant to leave a review at the time. Between the woman who took my call and scheduled my pickup and Heath the driver, everyone was quick, responsive, and courteous in every way. Price was reasonable too.

  In less than two days, we had two of our vehicles to have issues. The guys here got us towed twice and explained how bad my first car issues were. They were quick, on time, and very helpful. When you are trying to figure out your next move is, the last thing you need is a bad shop get over on you. These guys went above and beyond what they had to to help us. Will be sure to use again.

  Ed's auto repair and towing was the towing company used by my insurance to help me when my battery went out back in January. My experience with them was great, there were some unexpected delay in getting a driver out to me and the general manager went out of his way to drive to my location to make sure my battery was jumped and restarted. I was out and my mom was home, and he was very patient with the both of us and got everything up and running. As someone who works in customer service, I think it is a great testament to the business's values that they were willing to use all resources available to get to us. They could have cancelled and i wouldn't have been really that mad, frustrated yes, but I understood that it was an extenuating set of circumstances beyond their control, however, that the GM was willing do this was left a great impression.
