They were quick, on time, and very helpful. When you are trying to figure out your next move is, the last thing you need is a bad shop get over on you. These guys went above and beyond what they had to to help us. Will be sure to use again.
- CJCindy JeanFeb 18, 20265.0Ed's auto repair and towing was the towing company used by my insurance to help me when my battery went out back in January. My experience with them was great, there were some unexpected delay in getting a driver out to me and the general manager went out of his way to drive to my location to make sure my battery was jumped and restarted. I was out and my mom was home, and he was very patient with the both of us and got everything up and running. As someone who works in customer service, I think it is a great testament to the business's values that they were willing to use all resources available to get to us. They could have cancelled and i wouldn't have been really that mad, frustrated yes, but I understood that it was an extenuating set of circumstances beyond their control, however, that the GM was willing do this was left a great impression.
