I can’t say enough great things about Jaylen the store manager that made sure to come by and talk to me about everything that was being checked and how to get the most life out of my vehicle! As a single mother that depends heavily on my vehicle that meant a lot and on top of that it felt like actual concern and helpfulness not like he was trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need! We will be back!

I also asked him to check my oil because I just got it done in January at the Valvoline on Madison Boulevard in Laverne Tennessee. It was filled by 1 quart over. Not only that they put the oil filter on so tight he almost like to not never got it off. I am very dissatisfied with this and I will not be coming back.

I waited a very long time while they were running around doing whatever they were doing and they were out of windshield wash did not tell me until I asked and told me that truck didn’t come in and I said do I get money taken off for that or what and they said no did didn’t say come back and we’ll fill up when we get it in or any of that so I will not be coming back to Valvoline anytime soon
