Prior to me coming here , i had no issues with my vehicle. No one took accountability nor did they try to help. They even tried to blame it on the mileage of the car but when i came in for my oil change nobody mentioned a transmission leak during my oil change process. All i got was “Im sorry we missed it.” And “take your car to a shop”.I’m sick of this company taking our money , and messing up our vehicles. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this incident. This is completely unacceptable

Robin discussed the situation with me. Told him I had wrecked the plug and didn't know if it could be removed. Robin assured me that they could help. Great guy. Juno was the next associate that I met. Also awesome and reassuring. No judgement about what I had done. Then John was down below. He worked the magic. I was so grateful to all of them. They also checked the entire vehicle out. Needed an air filter too, replaced at a fair price. Great job to these pros!
