Did not have a vehicle of the reserved size available, but up charged for a larger vehicle. The reservation had been made in advance by the insurance company and confirmed by phone by the renter a week prior. 3. Lets the shuttle driver smoke in the vehicles and then rents them out reeking of smoke, with notice the renter will be charged an extra cleaning fee. 4. Rents out vehicles with system malfunctions and tells the renter to ignore the warning messages displayed on the dash.
