  I have been trying to cancel my monthly paid membership but I lost the account number so I went up to the Lakeland location and asked the employee for assistance with cancellation but he just mumbled and walked off and hid inside the employees only room and refused to help. I've also emailed the company twice asking for assistance in cancellation and have received zero responses. At this point im going to have to call my bank and have them cancel that payment. My experience with Take 5 has been absolutely awful and severely unprofessional. If you want a quality car wash service you should go basically anywhere else.

  This is without a doubt the best location in the area, the staff is always friendly and professional. The lot is always clean . And the manager is always leading by example.

  Watch out for automatic payment even if you cancel it , they keep charging you couple months three months sometime and there is no one to talk too, the branch manager in all over the city they’re useless. They can do nothing they give you the customer service # and for sure. No one answer , customer service is awful
