  This was the worst experience I ever had waited 2 and a half hours before my truck was even checked in it was so bad the technician had to tell service to check me in... got there wed 3/18 didn't leave till 3/25 because they repeatedly kept dropping the ball...everyone acted like they didn't care even tho they admitted dropping the ball multiple times the shop format Robert is terrible literally let's the technicians do whatever they want all my truck needed was a doc cleaning and dpf cleaning but they kept lying swearing that I needed to get other things fixed just so I can spend money bishoy the service guy was literally the only bright spot in this situation hints why I only gave 1 star asked to talk to jd multiple times to speak about this and he didn't come see me once had to spend almost 600 dollars in hotel fees because a 2 day job turned into me basically gettin held to do more things on the truck that it didnt need...they over price things, customer service is terrible, shop format dosent care at all, techs do what they want and they also are short staff on techs will never come back to this volvo

  These people are just awesome and very personable. From the leader of the service department JD then Bishoy, Sarah and David. All the mechanics are nice and polite. Respectful, attentive with dealing with me and my needs. Highly recommend 👌.
