They both made sure I saw the prices on the screen and gave me printout . Je'sus did a diagnostic on my car for the check engine light that was on the dashboard. He explained what each code meant and some of the terminology I didn't understand.

I hadn’t been to this back to the particular location for the better half of the year and I can a sure you they are NOT the same people that gave this location its great reputation of customer service that it so desperately needed for the last couple of years but I digress , The Young gentleman that attended me not only was he extremely unprofessional of requesting my services BUT ALL WHILE EATING A MCDONALDS MCFLURRY ICE CREAM ON THE JOB ON THE FLOOR.What’s worse is That the manager, or at least the guy in charge, seem to acknowledge it and not do anything about it. I then proceed to check out and request to use my auto zone rewards and he tells me I am not in the system, even though I’ve been having the same account with the same number for the last 3 years, and WHILE EATING IN FRONT OF ME mind you. He then proceeds to smack the oil filter on the counter and rudely request cash or card. Now it is not overstated that the amount I was about to pay Had never been what I used to pay, but I was willing to make an exception if it were not for the bogus, rudely , incompetent, unprofessional, unmannered, and more importantly undertrained individual that attended to me today and I suspect that many more good loyal Lavergne autozone customers share the same feelings .This indefinitely would be my last time shopping at this particular AutoZone in the near future. Hope this helps in changing things . Good day .
