  Enterprise is fine, I just wasn't pleased with the vehicle I was given.

  Horrible! Reserved a car the night before I needed it. Was called before 8:00 a.m. pickup time and told couldn't get me one before noon. Needed the car that morning. Was told I could come to Clinton, TN office and get one. Taxi service from Caryville to Clinton is $65.00. That's almost a quarter the cost of the rental car. I just don't get it. We can put a rover on Mars. But, a business as big as Enterprise can't block out reservation times for unavailability on their website. Nor, can they come pick you up if they can't accommodate your reservation.

  Great staff, vehicles are very nice. When I returned my rental it had less scratches on it than it did when I picked it up. I buffed out most of them, and it had a paint mark on the tailgate that I got off. It was also cleaner when I dropped it off.

  The entire process was great. The CSR on the phone was top notch and Lauren and Cameron were great. Will definitely use Enterprise when ever I need a rental vehicle and will recommend it to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
