  We just bought a small camper from Greg at Camping World and we had a great experience. Greg was happy to tell us about the pros and cons of different campers and he worked closely with us for about a week as we secured financing (Robert in finance was also a big help). When we picked up our camper, they got us hooked up and set up, and a very nice technician actually walked us through the store and helped us pick out everything for our new camper. Great experience, highly recommend.

  Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. They delivered my rv full of someone else’s waste. The heat didn’t work so we had to call a technician out and pay to fix it when we haven’t even used the rv one time. My water connections were broken and they broke my mirror during delivery. They have yet to fix any issues or anything. They got their money and said screw us we are no longer their problem. Buyer beware when they get your money they will not fix any issues you have. Have had this rv over two weeks and haven’t even been able to use it because the tanks were full and nothing worked. We explained we have nowhere to live and this will be temporary housing until our home is ready. We have had to rent air bnbs instead of using our rv that we paid for because they failed to take care of the issues. Here we are $40,000 out of pocket and still can’t use our rv. Do not go to this dealer. They will not clean your rv before delivery. They are shady and nasty people to work with. They only care about you until the rv leaves the lot. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. Would have had better luck on Facebook marketplace than a big company that scams people over and over. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES! YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER.

  Worst experience ever, they tell you they only run your credit once but then you get letter after letter in the mail from 20 different banks and are not helpful at all once they receive their money. Didn’t even empty the black or grey tank before delivery, didn’t know I was purchasing someone else’s shit (literally) I then hooked up the water and the outside shower valve was leaking and wouldn’t stop so we had to fix that before we could even hook it up to water. The insurance is a scam, they just video call and have you do the work yourself, had my dad outside trying to touch 2 wires together so they could have heat instead of coming to fix it themselves, overall just a terrible experience and terrible place, felt like I got screwed on Facebook marketplace but with fees 😂😂

  As soon as they get their money you are not a concern anymore. Have had our rv for two weeks and they delivered it full of someone else’s waste so we have yet to be able to use our rv. We knew it was used but didn’t know we were purchasing the last persons waste as well. They told us it would be cleaned and delivered it with all tanks full. They busted our mirror on delivery and the outside shower was busted and caused the whole water system to not be able to work. So for two weeks we havnt been able to use water or the bathroom but we are happy they got paid and said forget about those people. Buyer beware especially if you are buying used you may just get someone else’s waste. They have yet to fix our issues or take responsibility for damaging our rv on delivery. Please choose a different place to buy. They just want your money and will tell you anything you want to hear so you sign the paperwork. Good luck

  Bought a new RV and part of the deal was a spare tire. I mentioned when signing paperwork I didn’t see the tire on the TV and I was told the tire would be ordered because it’s not stocked. This was part of the deal sheet that I signed and now I’m being ignored when I reach out by email or phone call Greg Johnson’s was my salesman and I even escalated it to the manager Stewart Thompson and been ignored It has been almost 6 weeks and it has never been ordered. All my emails go un-answered and all calls I get the run around. I called the service side and parts side and they confirmed that’s there’s no order. Please ensure everything is present before you sign for paperwork because after you sign there is no after sale help. If everything is not there as agreed don’t believe they will honor it. Now I have to decide if I’m taking them to small claims court for the value of the tire and the court costs as I will end up buying my own tire before the season starts. I will update if they make it right but at this point I don’t have high hopes they will stand up to their side of the deal
