  So... I cannot say enough positive things about the guys here at the Autozone. Wednesday afternoon, while trying to get home to Georgia, the alternator in my wife's 2010 Jetta Sportwagon bit the dust. Left us waiting for a tow to the Autozone from the side of the Great Smokey Mountain Pkwy. Once there, I purchased an alternator and they let me borrow a plethora of tools needed to replace my own alternator in the parking lot with my wife and little demon spawn daughter in the car. It took awhile but I finally got it in. It was thanks to Jason, David John and a few others whose names I forgot that really are the heroes in this situation. Long story short, after 3+ hours of effort, the new alternator was in, loaner tools returned and off for a fun-filled night-time drive to Marietta, Georgia with my wife, daughter and three lizards. I cannot say enough how much of a life-saver these guys were when the very worst happened. Thank you so much!!!!!

  Jason is the most useless and rude Autozone employee I’ve ever encountered. I broke down on the road and called to see if they have a Duralast alternator for me. He said it was there. When i arrived i told him what i needed and he first pulled up batteries. Long story short they didnt have the Duralast alternator because he was looking up batteries not alternators so I had to get a more expensive one. When I asked him for fusible links for my truck and showed him the part i needed he just pointed me to an aisle with fuses and walked off. The fusible link i was looking for was something he needed to look up because its a thick wire not a normal fuse. I had to explain it to him and ask him to look it up and do his job. Whole time dude was rude.

  I’ve never had an issue with the auto zones I’ve been to in the past. I typically get friendly service and people who just seem like they legitimately want to help. This location has turned me away forever with one visit. I stopped in to get a single spark plug and ignition coil that I needed to replace in my car. The gentleman working the register started ringing everything up and started moving the quantity on the spark plugs up to 6. I pointed out that I only needed one and he looked at me with a grin that clearly told me he was trying to get away with charging me for way more than I needed. If they operate on commission then this store needs to look into who they’re hiring. If they don’t then I’m sure this man will get a promotion at some point for the money he weasels into the company.

  Ryan was very rude and added extra things on my receipt and try to use a 10 present discount and was smoking out front and as I walked by he blew smoke in my face
