The second I walked in, I was met with respect, courtesy, and every team member there, especially the manager (I did not catch her name) was helpful, kind, and made sure I was taken care of, even just purchasing and helping refill my windshield wiper fluid and buying air freshener trees. The "Guest First" culture is evident at this location and is certainly something to continue.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
