- JWJoseph WeaverMar 25, 20261.0We recently purchased a brand new 2026 Forest River Wildwood from Camping World of Kodak less than two weeks ago, and it’s already been a frustrating experience. We’ve already had two issues with the camper, which is disappointing for something brand new, and now we’re being told it will cost $200 just to have a technician come out—you would think the warranty would cover that. When we bought it, we were told the warranty included a free mobile tech to assess and complete repairs, but when we called in, they said we didn’t even have a warranty, which is completely incorrect. We’ve been getting the runaround for the past two days, while Forest River is ready to complete the repair and just waiting on Camping World to move forward. On top of that, we were promised a hitch during the purchase, but after they hooked everything up, we were told the hitch we already had was “better” than the one they were going to provide. For the amount of money spent, we expected much better service and support.
